These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of catbrothers.co (the "Site") and your purchase of products from CATBROTHERS.CO LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Catbrothers," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and acceptance

All orders are offers to purchase. We may accept or decline any order (including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock/production issues). Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund any order prior to shipment.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We use Shopify's checkout and payment processing; we do not store your full payment card details. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

3. Products

Our products are printed on demand. Minor variations in color, placement, and finish are inherent to the process and are not defects. Product images are illustrative; screen colors may differ from printed colors.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy, both incorporated into these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, graphics, logos, product names, and site content are the property of CATBROTHERS.CO LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, print, or create derivative works from our designs without our prior written consent. Purchasing a product grants no license to the underlying artwork.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping content, placing fraudulent orders, or violating any applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CATBROTHERS.CO LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CATBROTHERS.CO LLC and its members from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
