Refund policy

Every Catbrothers piece is printed on demand, just for you. That means we don't hold returned stock — so our policy is built around making defects right, fast.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it free. No return shipping, no hassle.

  • Email catbrothersops@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a photo of the issue (and the packaging, if damaged in transit).
  • We'll send a replacement at no cost. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.

Sizing and change-of-mind

Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — measurements are listed for every garment.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the last tracking update and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
